Rockhurst University Athletics

Grantham excelled at the guard spot in basketball and was a power-hitting shortstop in baseball. He returned to Rockhurst in 1969 to serve as the head baseball coach and assistant basketball coach. The Hawks led the NAIA in hitting with a .359 batting average in 1974. He later taught and coached at St. Teresa’s Academy.
