Del Vecchio leads Hawks at Greeno/Dirksen Invitational

Jack Del Vecchio led the Hawks in 51st place.

The Rockhurst men's cross country team finished in 14th place with 433 points at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational Saturday in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Senior Jack Del Vecchio led the Hawks in 51st place over the 8K course in a time of 26:05.88.

Sophomore Collin Fay finished 122nd in 27:13.99, followed by freshman Andrew Hartegun in 123rd in 27:15.20.

Freshman Colton Ellingsworth and sophomore Isaac Zitter came in 131st and 135th place in 27:20.59 and 27:27.14.
