The Rockhurst men's cross country team finished in third place with 130 points at the Chile Pepper Festival 8K race Saturday in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Max Hertenstein finished fourth in a time of 25:44.8. Sam Rosenberg came in 14th place in 26:02.4 and Julio Cruz finished in 30th place at 26:51.2.

Colby Goddard (39th, 27:11.8), Parker Foster (58th, 27:49.4), Carter Tomac (69th, 28:08.8), and Joey Squillace (75th, 28:19.0) also broke 28 minutes and 30 seconds.
