The Rockhurst men's cross country team finished 24th out of 30 teams at the NCAA Midwest Regional Saturday at the Wayne E. Dannehl National Cross Country Course in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Max Hertenstein led Rockhurst in 95th place with a time of 32:53.60 over the 10-kilometer course. Sam Rosenberg was the Hawks' No. 2 runner in 109th place with a 33:06.08 time.

Julio Cruz placed third for the Hawks in 138th place in 33:59.63, followed by Andrew Hartegan (154th, 34:22.91), Carter Tomac (166th, 34:45.95), Parker Foster (171st, 34:56.87) and Colby Goddard (177th, 35:14.90).
