Hawks will run in Midwest Regional on Saturday

The men will run 10K, while the women will run 6K in Wisconsin.
The Rockhurst men's and women's cross country teams will be competing in the 2022 NCAA Midwest Regional Men's and Women's Cross Country Championships on Saturday at the Wayne E. Dannehl National Country Course on the Parkside campus in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

The men's 10,000-meter run will start at 10:30 a.m., followed by the women's 6,000-meter run at 11:30 a.m.

The top three men's and women's teams will automatically advance to the NCAA championship finals at Chambers Bay in University Place, Washington on Friday, Dec. 2. Ten at-large teams will be selected by the NCAA Division II Men's and Women's Cross Country Committee. There is no limit to the number of at-large teams that may be selected from any given region.

The top two individuals who are not part of a qualifying team will automatically advance to the championship finals. All individuals who finish in the top five at the regional meet and are not
part of a qualifying team will automatically advance to the championships finals. The next eight individuals will be selected at-large.
