Hawks finish second at Cottey College Invitational

The Rockhurst men's cross country team finished in second place with 41 points at the Cottey College Invitational Friday night in Nevada, Missouri.

Three Hawks placed in the top 10 on the 8K course. Jack Del Vecchio came in third place in a time of 27:34, followed by Zach Hill in fourth place in 27:40 and Noah Tennant in eighth place in 28:51.

Luke Coltvet (12th, 29:13) and Tyler Pedee (14th, 29:23) rounded out the top five finishers for Rockhurst. Chris Oberkrom (16th, 30:03) and Thomas Butler (19th, 30:34) also finished in the top 20.
