Men set to host Southwest Baptist this weekend

RU has won six of their last seven matches heading into this weekend

Rockhurst Men's Volleyball returns home to face Southwest Baptist on Friday at 6 p.m. and Saturday at 2 p.m. at Mason-Halpin Field House.

Rockhurst is 10-10 overall and 3-1 in conference play. Heading into the weekend, the Hawks sit one game behind Quincy and Maryville for first place.

RU split its matches last weekend against Missouri S&T in Rolla, Missouri. On March 12, the Hawks won in five sets before falling in five sets on March 13. Rockhurst enters play against the Bearcats winners of six of its last seven.

Southwest Baptist (8-5, 0-4 GLVC) fell to Roosevelt in four sets on March 13 and in three sets on March 14. This will be the first meeting ever between RU and Southwest Baptist in men's volleyball.
