Rockhurst Men's Volleyball faces Hawaii on Wednesday at 11 p.m. and Friday at 3 p.m. in Honolulu, O'ahu.

The Hawks (1-2) began their second season in program history on a three-match trip to California, falling in four sets to Vanguard on Jan. 8 in Costa Mesa, California.

Rockhurst rallied to a five-set victory over Concordia Irvine on Jan. 9 in Irvine, California and fell to UC San Diego in three sets on Jan. 11 in La Jolla, California.

During the Concordia Irvine win, Lucas Tran (20) and Shay Spadaro (17) combined for 37 kills. Nathan Jacques tallied a team-high 52 assists and four service aces, along with collecting seven digs. Ryan Collins led the Hawks with 14 digs.

Hawaii (3-1) split their two matchups with Loyola Chicago last week. The Rainbow Warriors won in three sets on Jan. 8 but fell in four sets on Jan. 9. Hawaii will face Roberts Wesleyan on Jan. 14 at 3 p.m. before facing the Hawks later that evening.
