Midwestern State edges Hawks, 4-3

Louis Keiner won in No. 1 doubles and fell in No. 2 singles

Box Score The Rockhurst men's tennis team opened the spring season with a 4-3 loss to Midwestern State Friday at the Overland Park Racquet Club in Overland Park, Kansas.

The Hawks led 1-0 after winning No. 1 and No. 3 doubles. Midwestern State won four of the six singles matches. RU's Alex Tikhonov and Diego Schtulmann won in third set tie-breakers in No. 4 and 6 singles, respectively.
