Keiner, Tsyrenov earn All-GLVC honors

Semyon Tsyrenov has a 12-2 record in No, 1 doubles

Rockhurst's Louis Keiner and Semyon Tsyrenov have been named to the Great Lakes Valley Conference All-Conference First Team in the sport of men's tennis.

Keiner has a 10-7 overall in No. 1 singles and is 6-8 overall in No. 1 doubles. Tsyrenov sports a 9-5 record in No. 2 singles and 12-2 record in No. 2 doubles.

Keiner is also Rockhurst's team recipient for the James R. Spalding Sportsmanship Award.

The Hawks, 9-10 overall and 2-2 in GLVC action, are the third seed in the West Division for GLVC Tournament and will play McKendree at 9 a.m. Friday in Springfield, Missouri.
