Super paces Hawks at Gans Creek Classic

Cara Super led the Hawks in 61st place.

The Rockhurst women's cross country team finished in 12th place at the Gans Creek Classic Friday in Columbia, Missouri.

The Hawks were led by Cara Super over the six-kilometer course. Super finished in 61st place with a time of 24:55.7.

Molly Morris finished 71st in 25:18.4 and Jillian Vaughn followed in 84th place in 25:54.3. Rounding out the Hawks' top seven runners was Molly McClung (91st, 26:19.7), Mary O'Connor (107th, 27:19.1), Sarah Matt (108th, 27:19.9), and Brooklyn Niebaum (110th, 27:27.7).
