The Rockhurst women's cross country team finished in second place with 139 points at the Chile Pepper Festival 5K race Saturday in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Alexis Borum led the Hawks in 13th place finish in a time of 18:57.0. Laney Parmeley came in 15th place in 19:01.7 and Kaitlyn Davis finished in 21st place at 19:16.6.

Lily Scheck (51st, 20:02.6), Molly McClung (57th, 20:14.1) and Theresa Berger (75th, 20:38.6) also broke 21 minutes.
