Women's Volleyball earns four Academic All-District honors

The Rockhurst women's volleyball team placed four student-athletes on the 2023 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team.

The four Hawks earning the distinction are Sarah Montague, Sarah Pyle, Tera Reberry and Maureen Reilly. This is the second Academic All-District honor for Montague, Reberry, and Reilly, and the first All-District honor for Pyle.

Montague, a senior setter from Omaha, Nebraska, received All-GLVC Second Team honors. She ranked ninth in assists in the GLVC.

Pyle, a sophomore outside hitter from Overland Park, Kansas, was named to the All-GLVC Second Team. She led the team in kills and points.

Reberry, a senior right side hitter from Pleasant Hill, Missouri, earned All-GLVC Second Team honors. She ranked 15th in kills per set in the GLVC.

Reilly, a senior libero from Overland Park, Kansas, led the nation in total digs. She is an All-GLVC First Team honoree and was named the GLVC Libero of the Year for the second consecutive year.
