Women's Volleyball earns four Academic All-District honors

Delaney Hope, Ali Olson, Sarah Pyle and Molly Trachta earned CSC Academic All-District honors

The Rockhurst women's volleyball team placed four student-athletes on the 2025 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team.

The four Hawks earning the distinction are Delaney Hope, Ali Olson, Sarah Pyle and Molly Trachta. This is the third Academic All-District honor for Pyle and the first All-District honor for Hope, Olson and Trachta.

Hope, a sophomore middle hitter from Nevada, Missouri, earned AVCA Honorable Mention All-America honors, D2CCA First Team All-Region honors and Honorable Mention AVCA All-Region. She led the conference in hitting percentage and was ranked 11th in Division II (.391).

Olson, a junior middle hitter from Mission, Kansas, was second on the team with 70 blocks (0.90/set). She also ranked third in the conference in hitting percentage and tied for 46th in Division II (.343).

Pyle, a senior outside hitter from Overland Park, Kansas, garnered Honorable Mention All-America honors, First Team All-GLVC honors and named to the AVCA All-Region and D2CCA All-Region First Teams. She ranked 12th in Division II players with 468 kills (3.80/set) and 11th in total attacks with 1294 (10.52/set).

Trachta, a junior setter from Johnston, Iowa, earned Second Team All-GLVC honors. She ranked fifth in the GLVC in assists (739) and was named GLVC/Athletic Solutions Setter of the Week on Sept. 22.
