The Rockhurst women's cross country team captured the team title at the ZK Maple Leaf Invitational Saturday in Baldwin City, Kansas.

The Hawks finished with 42 points, while Haskell came in second place with 80 points.

Sophomore transfer Mary O'Connor led the Hawks in third place in a time of 15:47.54. Lauren DeWitt finished ninth in 16:01.22, followed by Cara Super in 10th place in 15:07.33 and Cassie Coltvet in 12th place in 16:10.54. Marianna Donze rounded out the top five finishers for Rockhurst, placing 13th in 16:13.32.
