Women's Cross Country

Coltvet leads Hawks at NCAA Midwest Regional

The Hawks ran in cold and snowy conditions in Wisconsin.
The Rockhurst women's cross country team finished 24th out of 33 teams at the NCAA Midwest Regional Saturday at the Wayne E. Dannehl National Country Course in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Cassie Coltvet led Rockhurst in 112th place with a time of 23:55.11 over the six-kilometer course. Molly Morris was the Hawks' No. 2 runner in 144th place with a 24:36.09 time.

Marianna Donze placed third for the Hawks in 153rd place in 24:52.56, followed by Jillian Vaughn (157th, 24:58.02). Lauren DeWitt (161st, 25:05.58), Katie Mead (172nd, 25:38.30) and Cara Super (180th, 26:03.74) rounded out the seven runners for Rockhurst.
