Hawks ranked 25th in AVCA Preseason Coaches' Poll

Rockhurst opens the regular season on Sept. 3 against 19th-ranked Harding.
The Rockhurst volleyball team is ranked No. 25 in the American Volleyball Coaches Association Division II Top 25 Preseason Coaches' Poll.

The Hawks finished the shortened 2020-21 season with a 12-7 record after starting the season ranked seventh in the AVCA Division II Preseason Poll.

Rockhurst returns four starters, including senior middle hitter Morgan Conner who earned All-GLVC Second Team honors.
  
The Hawks are scheduled to play six top 25 teams this season and two teams that are receiving votes.
 
Rockhurst will open the regular season on Friday, Sept. 3 against 19th-ranked Harding in the Washburn Invitational in Topeka, Kansas.
