Eisenbarger named GLVC Pitcher of the Week

Jack Eisenbarger has been named GLVC Pitcher of the Week twice this season.

Rockhurst's Jack Eisenbarger has been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference Pitcher of the Week in the sport of baseball, it was announced by the league office Monday.

Eisenbarger, a junior from Kirkwood, Missouri, pitched a one-hit complete-game shutout over 7.0 innings in a 16-0 win at Missouri-St. Louis on Saturday. He struck out eight batters and did not allow a walk, while retiring the last 21 hitters he faced.

This is Eisenbarger's second GLVC Pitcher of the Week award this season.
