The Rockhurst softball team concludes its regular season at Loyola Park this weekend, hosting Illinois Springfield Saturday and McKendree on Sunday (doubleheaders at noon and 2:00 p.m. both days).

Since a doubleheader sweep at Newman on April 10, the Hawks have hit a rough patch down the stretch, but look to return to the win column in their final four conference games. The Hawks (20-23, 7-15 GLVC) are hitting .289 as a team, scoring an average of 5.1 runs per game. The pitching staff has a team ERA of 3.38, led by Shannon Greene and her GLVC-leading 194 innings pitched this season.

The Prairie Stars of Illinois Springfield enter Saturday with a record of 23-21 (12-10 GLVC), while the McKendree Bearcats head into the weekend at 18-30 (3-19 GLVC).
