Seventh-seeded Rockhurst ended their historic season with a 9-4 loss to second-seeded McKendree in the if-necessary game of the Midwest Regional on Sunday in Lebanon, Illinois.
- Emma Reeves' RBI-single in the bottom of the second tied the game at one.
- Fulk had two hits, including an RBI-single in the top of the sixth that cut the McKendree lead to 6-2. Claire Long also tallied two hits.
- Back-to-back home runs in the bottom of the seventh from Mya Bristow (her ninth) and Kaylee Pugh (her fourth) trimmed the Bearcat lead to what was the final score of 9-4.
- Avery Huffman (23-12) allowed three hits in four innings and struck out one batter.
Rockhurst finished the 2026 season with a school-record 38 wins, the program's first GLVC Tournament Championship, and the program's first Midwest Regional appearance in school history.
