The Rockhurst men's tennis team collected a 5-2 victory over South Dakota State on Saturday in Grand Island, Nebraska. The Hawks then fell to Nebraska-Kearney, 9-0, on Sunday.

The Hawks won four of six singles matches on Saturday. Oskar Unger, Tarass Thevenaz, Patrick Cvik and Nicolas Leon won in singles. Rockhurst got a point in doubles by winning two of three matches.

Kearney won four of the six singles matches in third set tie-breakers after sweeping the three doubles matches.
