Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 Bridgette Sappington blanked Pittsburg State on three hits to lead Rockhurst to 1-0 victory over Pittsburg State in the Hawks' final game in the Southeastern Regional Invitational Sunday in Durant, Oklahoma. The Hawks finished the three-day event with a 3-3 record.

Sappington struck seven and walked two to pick up her second win of the weekend. She got the only run she needed on an RBI groundout by Lauren Marks in the fifth inning. Madison Wagner and Payton Staggs each posted two hits.

Earlier on Sunday, the Hawks fell to Central Oklahoma 7-4. Hanna Stam collected two hits. Taylor Rupe drove in two runs with a single in the fifth inning. Shannon Greene (1-1) allowed four runs on eight hits over 4.1 innings.
