Hellwege leads Hawks to 3-1 road win at Truman State

Anne Hellwege posted a career-high 38 digs at Truman State.

Box Score Anne Hellwege posted a career-high 38 digs to lead Rockhurst to a 3-1 victory over Truman State Friday night in Kirksville, Missouri.

Hellwege tallied 10 digs in the first set, eight digs in the second set, 14 digs in the third set and six digs in the fourth set.

The Hawks won each of their sets by identical 25-22 scores. Truman ended the second set on a 6-0 run to capture the second set, 26-24. Rockhurst rallied to win the third and fourth sets to close out the match.

Alyssa Woodman collected her ninth double-double of the season with 15 kills and 17 digs. Karli Reichert tallied 10 kills. Mary Rolf had a season-high seven blocks and seven kills.

Grace Carter totaled with 23 assists, 11 digs and nine kills. Dani Prusha finished with 23 assists and eight digs. Kalie Arnold added a season-high 23 digs.

The Hawks (23-6, 11-4 GLVC) play at Drury Saturday afternoon.
