The Rockhurst men fell by a 6-1 score to Missouri-Kansas City Sunday at the Plaza Tennis Courts. UMKC swept the doubles and won five singles matches.

Decho Valev won his No. 2 singles match by a 6-3, 6-4 score over UMKC's Andrey Sminov.

Rockhurst (9-8) will face Southern Indiana in the first round of the GLVC Tournament on Friday (April 29) in Romeoville, Illinois.
