No. 7 Hawks finish unbeaten (18-0) in the GLVC

Box Score The Rockhurst Hawks swept Truman State 3-0 Saturday night to finish their Great Lakes Valley Conference schedule with a perfect 18-0 record.

Rockhurst posted 25-21, 25-18 and 25-20 set wins over the Bullldogs in Kirksville, Mo. The seventh-ranked Hawks (30-2) will play Wisconsin-Parkside in the quarterfinals of the GLVC Tournament on Friday at 7:30 p.m. in East Peoria, Ill.

Whitney Kostal led the Hawks with 44 assists, eight digs, four kills and four blocks. Morgan Rietzke collected her eighth double-double of the season with 13 kills and 10 digs. Katie Loescher posted 12 kills and three blocks.

Alyssa Arnold finished with a team-high 20 digs. Lauren Poulicek and Anne Hellwege combined for 23 digs. Preecy Seever added nine kills and two blocks.
