The Rockhurst men's tennis team returns home from their spring break trip to Florida with a 6-1 overall record. The 46th-ranked Hawks posted wins over Southeastern (9-0), Ave Maria (9-0) and Walsh (8-1) in Tampa. Rockhurst suffered an 8-1 loss at nationally-ranked St. Leo.

Rodolfo-Gauto Mariotti won his No. 2 singles match against St. Leo. He posted a 2-1 record in No. 1 singles in the other three matches. The Hawks only dropped three sets in singles against Southeastern, Ave Maria and Walsh while sweeping their doubles matches.

The Hawks host Washburn on March 12, Emporia State State on March 15 and Southwest Baptist on March 18.
