Wesley, Dinkins earn All-Region honors

Senior forward Jaylen Wesley and senior guard Drenin Dinkins have been named to the D2CCA All-Midwest Region First Team in voting conducted by the region's sports information directors, announced on Thursday.

Wesley was also named the GLVC Player of the Year. He ranks 11th in points scored (21.6 pg) in NCAA D2. Dinkins joined Wesley on the All-GLVC First Team. Dinkins ranks eighth in scoring (22.8 pg) and sixth in free throw percentage (90.8) in NCAA D2.

Rockhurst will face Northern Michigan in the first round of the NCAA Midwest Regional Saturday at 7:30 p.m. Eastern Time in North Canton, Ohio.
