Men travel to Quincy, Truman State

The Hawks have won six of their last seven games

The Rockhurst men head back to the road for two games, opening at Quincy on Thursday at 7:30 p.m. and then goiing at Truman State on Saturday at 3 p.m.

The Hawks (14-5, 8-3 GLVC) picked up a pair of home wins last week, defeating Lewis, 96-68, and Upper Iowa, 100-89. Jaylen Wesley collected 24 points in the win over Lewis. Drenin Dinkins and Jack Scott combined for 53 points against Upper Iowa.

Quincy (8-10, 3-7 GLVC) fell in overtime to Truman State, 91-88, and dropped a 63-51 decision to William Jewell last week. Rockhurst won their last matchup, 78-77, last February in Kansas City. Quincy leads the all-time series, 44-41.

Truman State (8-10, 5-5 GLVC) fell to Upper Iowa, 91-82, last week before its overtime win over Quincy. The Bulldogs, who face William Jewell on Thursday, lead the all-time series, 31-23. Rockhurst posted a 95-79 win at home over Truman earlier this season.
