Men finish 10th at GLVC Outdoor Championship

Andrew Hartegan came in third place in the 3000-meter steeplechase
The Rockhurst men's track and field team finished in 10th place with 32 points at the GLVC Outdoor Track and Field Championship Saturday in Romeoville, Illinois.

Myles Jackson scored eight points with a fourth-place finish in the 200 meters (21.91) and a sixth-place finish in the long jump (23-2).

Andrew Hartegan came in third place in the 3000-meter steeplechase (9:31.57).

Bryan Lane placed fourth in the 100 meters (10.79). Nick Marchetti came in eighth in the 110 hurdles (15.47).

Lucas Boyer finished sixth in the 400 meters (48.49) and broke the school record in the 400 prelims with a 48.14 time.

The two relay teams combined for nine points. The 4x100 relay team came in fourth place and the 4x400 relay team finished fifth.
