The Rockhurst men's track and field team broke five school records at the Central Methodist University Invitational Friday in Fayette, Missouri.

Martin Barno broke the school record in the 110 hurdles (14.99) and finished in fifth place Nick Marchetti came in fifth in the 400 hurdles in a school-record time of 54.75.

Max Hertenstein and Colton Ellingsworth finished second and third in the 5,000 meters.

Noah Britton tied his school record with a second-place finish in the 800 meters in a time of 1:53.20. Andrew Hartegan came in seventh place in the 1,500 in a time of 4:05.60.

Max Hertenstein and Colton Ellingsworth finished second and third in the 5,000 meters, followed by Carter Tomac and Parker Foster in fourth and fifth place.

KJ Davis and Max Depooter set school records in the triple jump (42-0.75) and shot put (40-0.75), respectively.

Myles Jackson placed second in the long jump (22-11.75). Cole Erusha took sixth in the long jump (22-6.50).
