Pickens receives IWLCA All-Region accolades

Kylee Pickens ranks second in Division II in draw controls

Freshman Kylee Pickens was named to the 2025 Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association All-Midwest Region second team. She is the first Rockhurst player to earn IWLCA All-Region honors.

Pickens, the 2025 GLVC Freshman of the Year and First Team All-GLVC draw specialist, ranks second in the country in draw controls per game (9.28). She also posted 16 goals, 24 ground balls and 14 caused turnovers.

The Hawks finished with a 13-4 record (most wins in a season in program history) and the team's first-ever berth in the NCAA Division II Tournament.
