Women compete at Ichabod Invitational

Paige Pistono came in 31st in the 400 meters
The Rockhurst women's track and field team posted nine top 30 finishes indoors at the Ichabod Invitational on Saturday at Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas.

Jillian Vaughn led in the distance races with a 20th-place finish in the 5000 meters in 19:34.81. Alexis Borum came in 22nd in the 800 meters in 2:26.50. Molly McClung placed 39th in the mile run in 5:34.02 and Sarah Farrens came in 28th in the 3000 meters in 11:11.41.

Alyssa Huffmaster finished 15th in the 600 meters in 1:39.39 and Paige Pistono placed 31st in the 400 meters in 1:03.32.

In the field events, Ar'Janay Landers came in 26th in the triple and 38th in the long jump.
