The Rockhurst women's cross country team finished in third place with 100 points at the Brian Simpson Invite 5K race Saturday in Columbia, Missouri.

Alexis Borum led the Hawks in seventh place in a time of 19:528.61. Lily Scheck came in 25th place in 20:12.18 and Molly McClung finished in 32nd place at 20:33.25.

Theresa Berger (33rd, 20:36.29), Sarah Farrens (34th, 20:41.77), Grace Kaiser (40th, 21:05.06) and Sarah Mueller (24th, 21:30.53) also broke 22 minutes.
