Hawks share first place with Missouri Southern

David Schilp tied for fourth place to lead the Hawks
The Rockhurst men's golf team tied for first place and lost a one-hole playoff to Missouri Southern at the Konzem-Capra Invitational Tuesday at the Sycamore Ridge Golf Club in Spring Hill, Kansas.

The Hawks shot a 293 on the second day to finish with a 36-hole score of 594. Missouri Southern edged Rockhurst by one shot on a four-player aggregate score on the 10th hole.

David Schilp led the Hawks, tying for fourth place at 147 (72-75). Elijah Shirley tied for eighth place at 150 (78-72). Andrew Park and Caleb Schmid tied for 12th at 152, followed by Ben Elgas in a tie for 16th at 153. Ashton Vinton tied for 19th at 157.
