The Rockhurst men's golf team finished in seventh place at the Great Lakes Valley Conference Men's Championship Thursday at the Rock Hollow Golf Club in Peru, Indiana.

The Hawks shot a 300 and 294 on the second day after opening with a 307 on the first day to finish with a 54-hole score of 901.

Bryce Renz finished in 15th place to lead the Hawks. He posted 11 birdies and finished with a 222 score over 54 holes. He shot 76 and 72 in the final two rounds after opening with a 74 in the first round.

Ashton Vinton and Kingston Solomon both tied for 24th with 228 scores. Adam Challoner tied for 35th at 230, Lander Guibert tied for 47th at 233, and Mike Wolski came in 61st at 239.

Missouri S&T finished first in stroke play at 858, followed by Missouri-St. Louis at 865. Drury was third at 870, while Indianapolis was fourth at 887. Those four advance to medal/match play on Friday.
