Men host Missouri S&T, Maryville this week

Hawks end regular season at home this week

The Rockhurst men's basketball team wraps up the regular season at home this weekend. The Hawks host Missouri S&T tonight at 7:30 and meet Maryville on Senior Day at 2 p.m. Saturday.

Rockhurst (12-14, 8-10 GLVC) is currently ninth in the GLVC Point Rating System and needs to move up one spot to earn a berth in next week's GLVC Tournament.

Missouri S&T (14-11, 8-10 GLVC) has won four of its last six games. Senior forward Ikenna Okeke ranks 10th in scoring (15.8) and 14th in rebounding (6.1) in the GLVC.

The Hawks won earlier this season in Rolla, 91-79. Rockhurst leads the all-time series, 28-14.

Maryville (11-13, 7-11 GLVC) has lost five of its last six games. Senior forward Tutu Chisholm ranks seventh in rebounding (6.8 pg) in the GLVC.

The Saints won earlier this season in St. Louis, 70-69. Rockhurst leads the all-time series, 10-6.
