Schilp leads Hawks at Midwest Regional Preview

David Schlip tied for 30th with a 223 score

The Rockhurst men's golf team finished 15th with a team score of 908 (296-306-306) on Tuesday at the Midwest Regional Preview at the St. Joseph Country Club in St. Joseph, Missouri.

The Hawks had three players finish in the top 50 led by David Schilp, who tied for 30th at 223 (73-75-75). Mike Wolski tied for 47th at 227 (74-79-74) and Elijah Shirley tied for 50th at 228 (76-74-78).

Kingston Solomon tied for 64th at 231 (73-78-80), while Ben Elgas tied for 90th at 243 (77-87-79) to round out Rockhurst's five players.

Rockhurst is back in action Oct. 7-8 at the MWSU Central Regional Preview at the St. Joseph Country Club in St. Joseph, Missouri.
