Hawks return to Mason-Halpin this week

The Rockhurst men's basketball team returns to Mason-Halpin Field House after splitting two games on the road last week. The Hawks host Truman State tonight 7:30 and will face GLVC newcomer Upper Iowa at 3 p.m. Saturday.

The Hawks (8-9, 4-5 GLVC) have won two of their last three games while scoring over 90 points in their two wins over Lewis and Missouri S&T.

Truman State (7-9, 4-4 GLVC) is coming off an 68-63 win over Drury last Saturday. Freshman guard Kobi Williams ranks 19th in scoring (13.1 pg) in the GLVC.

Upper Iowa (11-5, 6-2 GLVC) defeated Southwest Baptist, 90-76, at home last Saturday. Senior guard Jake Hilmer leads the GLVC in scoring (24.4) and ranks fourth in assists (4.7).
