Men await road games at S&T, Maryville

Miles White scored 21 points in win over Lewis

The Rockhurst men's basketball team prepares for two familiar foes this weekend, beginning tonight at Missouri S&T (7:30 p.m.) and ending at Maryville on Saturday (3 p.m).

The Hawks (7-8, 3-4 GLVC) connected on 16 three-pointers in rolling to a 94-72 win over Lewis at home last Saturday. Jake Auer and Miles White combined for 46 points and 11 three-pointers.

Missouri S&T (9-5, 3-4 GLVC) is coming off an 89-82 loss at Drury last Saturday. Senior forward Ikenna Okeke ranks 14th in scoring (14.8 pg) and eighth in rebounding (6.4 pg) in the GLVC.

Maryville (5-8, 1-6 GLVC) defeated Southwest Baptist, 83-68, on the road last Saturday. Senior guard Dewayne Vass leads the Saints in scoring (12.2) and assists (4.8).
