Timaris Brown leads the Hawks in scoring and rebounding

The Rockhurst men host Manhattan Christian College in their annual school day game at Mason-Halpin Field House at noon Friday.

The Hawks saw their record fall to 4-5 after losing to William Jewell, 84-79, at home on Saturday.

Timaris Brown leads the Hawks in scoring (12.6 pg) and rebounding (5.3 pg). Miles White (11.0) and Brian Hawthorne (10.2) are also averaging in double-figure scoring.

Manhattan Christian (2-7) is coming off a 98-68 victory over Trinity Bible College last Saturday. Senior forward Dyelan Reed leads the Thunder with a 16.5 scoring average.

This is the third meeting between Rockhurst and Manhattan Christian. The Hawks posted an 85-66 win over the Thunder last year.
