Rockhurst hopes to bounce back at SBU

Timaris Brown has scored 51 points in his last two games.
The Rockhurst men close out the first half of the conference schedule tonight at Southwest Baptist. Tip off is scheduled for 7:30 on the SBU campus in Bolivar, Missouri.

The Hawks (10-7, 5-4 GLVC) hope to bounce back from a 79-73 loss at home to William Jewell Monday night. Freshman forward Timaris Brown led Rockhurst with 21 points and 15 rebounds.

The Bearcats (12-5, 4-5 GLVC) have won six of their last eight games. Senior guard Quinn Nelson ranks ninth in the GLVC with a 15.0 scoring average.

SBU has won four in a row over Rockhurst since December of 2020.
