Hawks open final road trip in Quincy

The Hawks play their final two road games in Illinois.
The Rockhurst men open their final road trip of the season tonight in Quincy, Illinois. The Hawks will be looking for their second road win of the season at Quincy's Pepsi Arena.

Rockhurst (10-16, 5-11 GLVC) has dropped its last five games after going on a three-game winning streak. Senior forward Nick Volz continues to rank in the top 10 in the GLVC in scoring, rebounding and assists.

Quincy (12-14, 5-11 GLVC) has lost eight of its last 10 games. The Hawks are led by junior forward Malik Hardmon, who ranks 14th in scoring (14.2 pg) in the GLVC.

Rockhurst wraps up its road trip at Illinois Springfield on Saturday at 3 p.m. The Prairie Stars (10-14, 5-11 GLVC) have lost eight of their last nine games. Sophomore guard Chase Robinson leads Springfield with a 13.6 scoring average.
