Hawks host William Woods on Friday

The Hawks have a 4-0 record at home.

The Rockhurst men close out their non-conference schedule on Friday (4 p.m.) against William Woods University at Mason-Halpin Field House.

Rockhurst (6-5, 2-2 GLVC) returns to conference action on Thursday, Jan. 5 at home against fifth-ranked Missouri-St. Louis.

Rich Byhre leads the GLVC in scoring (17.1 pg) and rebounding (10.5 pg). The junior forward has been named the Conference Player of the Week twice this season.

William Woods (7-6) is coming off a 70-58 loss at Langston University on Dec. 19. Junior guard Nathan Swartze leads the Owls with a 13.2 scoring average.
