Volleyball under consideration for NCAA Tournament

The Hawks are currently 16-5 heading into Friday's match at No. 24 Quincy.

The Rockhurst volleyball team is one of 10 teams in the Midwest Region listed under consideration for the NCAA Division II Volleyball Tournament in the first set of NCAA D-II regional rankings, which were released on Wednesday (Oct. 26).

The first regional rankings where teams are ranked one through 10 will be released on Nov. 2. The 64-team NCAA D-II championship field will be announced on Nov. 13.

Rockhurst (16-5) is looking to make its ninth NCAA Tournament appearance since 2012.
