RU's Leetch earns D2 College Player of the Week honors

Jillian Leetch scored five goals in two games.
The United Soccer Coaches announced its College Player of the Week awards on Tuesday afternoon (April 13) with six student-athletes representing NCAA Divisions I, II and III.

Rockhurst's Jillian Leetch was named the NCAA Division II Women's Player of the Week. The senior midfielder from Lee's Summit, Missouri scored five goals in two games.

Leetch had a hat trick in the opening 20 minutes and finished with four goals in a 6-0 win against William Jewell on Sunday. She scored one goal in a 2-1 victory against Truman University last Friday and was named the GLVC Offensive Player of the Week.
