Rockhurst travels to St. Louis for two games

Quinton Curry is currently 15th in school history with 1,300 points.
Fresh off two victories at home, the Rockhurst men return to the road for a pair of games in the St. Louis area. The Hawks open their road trip on Thursday at Lindenwood (7:30 p.m.) and close out the trip at Missouri-St. Louis on Saturday (3 p.m.).

Rockhurst, 6-6, is currently in eighth place in the GLVC Point Rating System, which decides the top eight teams for the GLVC Tournament.

Senior guard Curtis Lewis leads the team in scoring (13.6 pg), while junior forward Nick Volz is the team leader in rebounding (6.3 pg).

Lewis ranks ninth among active career NCAA Division II players and 10th in school history with 1,470 points. Senior center Quinton Curry is currently 15th in school history with 1,300 points. Senior guard Chris Hamil ranks 23rd in active career 3-point field goals made (174) in D2.

Lindenwood, 6-6, is coming off an 81-78 loss at William Jewell last Saturday. Lions' senior guard TJ Crockett leads the GLVC in scoring (26.3 pg).

UMSL, 10-2, is riding a seven-game winning streak after defeating Maryville, 72-68, on Tuesday. Junior forward Marty Jackson leads the Tritons in scoring (12.8 pg) and ranks fifth in blocked shots (1.25 pg) in the GLVC.
