Hawks make first road trip to Lewis

Rockhurst returns to the road for the second weekend in a row, traveling to the Land of Lincoln to meet the Lewis Flyers for the first time ever in Romeoville, Illinois.

The Hawks (8-24, 5-16 GLVC) and Flyers (15-18, 10-11 GLVC) will open the three-game series with a noon doubleheader on Saturday. The series will wrap up with a single game at noon Monday.

Jack Eisenbarger will be back on the mound for the first time since throwing a one-hit shutout at Missouri-St. Louis on April 6. The junior left-hander was named the GLVC Pitcher of the Week for the second time this season.

Lewis has won six of its last 10 games. The Flyers have a 7-3 record at home.
