Eisenbarger named D2 National Pitcher of the Week

Jack Eisenbarger pitched the first no-hitter in school history.

Rockhurst's Jack Eisenbarger has been named the NCAA Division II National Pitcher of the Week by the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association for the week ending on March 3.

Eisenbarger (Kirkwood, Mo./Vianney HS) threw the first no-hitter in school history with 10 strikeouts and three walks in 7.0 innings pitched.

The junior left-hander retired the side in order in the second, fourth and seventh innings, while he struck out the side in the first inning. He fanned 10 with three walks.
