Hawks move series opener to Avila University

The Rockhurst Hawks have moved their series opener with Truman State to the Zarda Multisport Complex at Avila University at 3 p.m. Saturday. The three-game series will conclude with a doubleheader on Sunday at Rockhurst's Loyola Park.

The Hawks (5-18, 2-10 GLVC) have split their last two games, winning at home over Bellarmine 10-6 last Sunday and falling at Drury 8-7 in 10 innings on Tuesday.

Truman State comes to Kansas City with a 3-17 overall record and 3-9 league mark. The Bulldogs are coming off a 7-1 win at William Jewell on Tuesday.
