Rockhurst senior defender Hanna Meek was selected to the preseason All-RMAC women's lacrosse team as the conference announced its preseason awards Tuesday. Meek, the 2018 RMAC Defensive Player of the Year, picked up 38 ground balls last season and tallied 51 draw controls.

The Hawks finished 8-7 last season and will look to build off the success of a 2018 RMAC Tournament appearance.

Rockhurst is picked to finish sixth in the coaches poll, with 42 points. Regis and Lindenwood tied for first, both receiving 77 points and five first place votes.
